Come see what joyous health care feels like! Join us for an exclusive after-hours tour of Family Tree Clinic, a welcoming oasis for trauma-informed health care.
Founded in 1971 by MCC member Karla Ekdahl, Family Tree Clinic is a pioneer in comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care services, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ health care.
Family Tree Clinic was recently recognized by The American Institute of Architects as one of the nation’s “Best Healing Spaces” due to its innovative Healthcare Design. Family Tree Clinic is a fully functional clinical building that certainly does not look like one. Engaging the community with artwork inside and out, Family Tree offers a welcoming and person-forward space that let’s patients know that they matter, are seen, and will be cared for.
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to explore our state-of-the-art facilities, learn about our unique services, and hear firsthand from dedicated staff about the compassionate Family Tree provides. Karla Ekdahl, along with the Executive Director of Family Tree, Annie Van Avery will guide the tour and answer questions. A short Happy Hour will follow with treats!
Family Tree Clinic has an adjoining parking lot. You may also park across the street in the Church parking lot.
