Who experiences homelessness, and how do people end up with no place to call home? David Hewitt, Director of Housing Stability for Hennepin County, will address these questions, and give us some background on Hennepin County's 'core beliefs' in relation to homelessness.  He will provide an overview of the work Hennepin County is doing on homelessness and explain how they are helping to set a new path for a way forward for people experiencing this crisis.
