About this event

Join us as we begin our Next Step programming addressing the aspects of aging. "How do I live well as I age?" "How do I want to use the health care available to me?" "How do I create my legacy?" Dr. Stuart Hanson, retired Park Nicollet physician, will touch on these questions as he kicks off our Next Step programming and introduces us to the concepts in his book, "A Senior's Guide for Living Well and Dying Well: Conversations That Matter." This workbook lays out the issues we have found important for us and makes practical suggestions on being intentional about our later years. He will have books for sale. This program has been moved to Monday, June 5, 5:30-7:00 pm at our new location at the American Red Cross building: 1201 West River Parkway, Minneapolis, 55401.
