Renovated in 1990, the Minnesota Opera Center consists of three warehouse buildings totaling 50,000 square feet in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Come see the scenic shop, costume shop, rehearsal hall, coaching rooms and administrative offices. Though performances are given at the Ordway, everything else - from full cast and orchestra rehearsals, to building scenery and making costumes - takes place at the Opera Center! We may even catch a rehearsal of Don Giovanni while we’re touring the building.
