What is this?
Join us to hear from two former naval officers who use their extensive military intelligence community and business backgrounds to write from-the-headlines thrillers about the national security challenges of the 21st century, including nuclear proliferation, non-state actors, home-grown radicalism and cyber warfare. Coauthors Jon Olson (a popular Great Decisions speaker) and David Bruns will discuss the practicalities and pitfalls of writing about current events, as well as their research process, which included talking with cyber professionals and other security experts about real-life threats. Their latest book,
Rules of Engagement
, was released last summer.
