It's caffeine and camaraderie for the male members of MCC and guests! This group meets every other Thursday and is hosted by various members who get the conversation going. This week, MCC member Bob Whitlock hosts two guest speakers: Hennepin County District Judges Jay Quam and Thomas Fraser. They'll talk about innovative steps the court has taken to improve and personalize the administration of justice to individual defendants in veteran's court, drug court and housing court, as well as other matters.
