Learn more about T'ai Chi Chih, a beneficial activity that’s great for improving balance and flexibility, increasing energy, controlling blood pressure, increasing sleep quality, quieting the mind and more. Accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor Pete Gregory will give a brief overview of traditional Chinese medicine and the history of T'ai Chi in America. Participants will be invited to experience the slow, gentle movements of T'ai Chi Chih: Joy Thru Movement, a moving meditation with far-reaching benefits.
