About this event

Enjoy a late afternoon filled with beautiful music! MCC members Bob Jordan and Dianne Moore are graciously opening their community space at Phoenix on the River to host St. Paul’s Artaria String Quartet. This intimate setting offers a rare chance to connect with the musicians and experience their artistry up close.

This performance launches a new MCC concert series that will take place in members’ homes and community spaces across our neighborhood. The series will feature professional musicians, students, and accomplished amateurs from throughout the Twin Cities, with a focus on classical and jazz repertoire.

Doors open at 3:30 pm, and the program begins at 4:00 pm. Seating is limited to 25 MCC members. A free-will donation of $40 is suggested to help offset the musicians’ fees.

Program:
R. Schumann , String Quartet No. 3  ("Clara" )

Selected string quartet movements:

        F Mendelssohn

        WA Mozart

        Danish Folk Tunes

If you have suggestions for future concerts, please contact Bob Jordan at canfield.robert@gmail.com.
