About this event
Do you know how to administer CPR? Have you seen the defibrillator hanging on the wall, but are afraid to touch it? Join us as Hennepin Healthcare Paramedic Abby Thatcher discusses some common medical issues, including heart attack, stroke, seizures and what to expect when calling 911. Additionally, she will provide some hands-on skills: hands-only CPR, choking and bleeding control, and yes, how to use the defibrillator.

MCC is hosting programs for fully vaccinated members in accordance with the MN Department of Health guidelines. Please refrain from attending a program if you are not feeling well and please have a mask with you in case you need it.
