Join us for November’s Last Tuesday Happy Hour at the Danish American Center (DAC) at 3030 W River Parkway.

This month’s Last Tuesday will be a little different: It’s a bit of “Nosy Neighbor Tour” combined with a BYOB happy hour. (The DAC does not have a liquor license.) In addition to sharing small bites and catching up with your neighbors in the Tivoli Lounge, you’ll have a chance to learn more about that large brick building you might have passed in your local travels.

The happy hour will be hosted by a group of nine MCC women (Chris Bray, Cheryl Coughlan, Jane Helsing, Pat Hoven, Penny Hunt, Dianne Iverson, Barbara McBurney, Nancy Reed, Christine Umhoefer) who will provide some light appetizers for you to enjoy with your drinks. The DAC caretakers will be there to lead small group tours around the building and relate its Danish connections.

There is parking at the building as well as close by on the street.
 
Members will bring whatever wine or beer they would like to drink. Glasses, water and ice will be available at the venue.

MCC is hosting programs for fully vaccinated and boosted members in accordance with the MN Department of Health and CDC guidelines.  Although masks are optional, they are strongly encouraged. Please refrain from attending a program if you are not feeling well.
