What:

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that aims to create a union between the mind, body and spirit. By using postures, mantra (chanting) and meditation, the aim is to raise the energy awareness and potential that is within each of us. Led by a certified, experienced yoga instructor and Guthrie actor this class was created especially for Mill City Commons Members and Guthrie Staff. Each participant is responsible for bringing their own mat, towel and water.

Pre-registration is closed

Cost: Drop-ins (MCC Members and Guests): $10/session (cash only)
