A Culture of Service and Volunteerism

PrintPrint

At Mill City Commons, we recognize that many of our members have committed a lifetime to serving their communities in a variety of roles. As a nonprofit organization, we understand the value that volunteerism brings to the life of any organization and to the life of the volunteer.

We support a variety of volunteer opportunities, including our own Members-Helping-Members service, which matches members with specific needs to our network of member volunteers. The services this program provides include daily call-ins, weekly grocery pick-ups, car-pooling to worship services, among others.

In addition, we also participate in a variety of neighborhood-wide service projects and volunteer opportunities – from food drives to Minneapolis’ Clean City Program.
