Linnea Tweed
Executive Director
After attending Ohio State University, Linnea Tweed began her lifetime commitment to serving others at Dayton’s. During her 16 year tenure, she held management positions in community relations, human resources, and sales. Linnea also served on several nonprofit boards and was active in the Leadership Minneapolis program of the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Linnea managed a portfolio career, running her own small business while working as a career coach for people impacted by job loss.
While researching the nonprofit sector, Linnea discovered a strong interest in serving older adults. Through networking and research, she was introduced to Mill City Commons. This led to the incredible opportunity to take on the role of Executive Director. Linnea is committed to supporting and educating neighbors and communities interested in “aging in place.”
